Location: Must be based in or near Norfolk, NE, USA. Role requires 50% travel within the assigned territory.

What you will do

  • Generate significant annual revenue and identify new business prospects within the territory.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to meet sales and margin targets.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with distributor and retail accounts.
  • Coordinate with technical and supply chain resources to provide value-added service.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to sales representatives in neighboring territories.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and detailed market reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture or related Life Science.
  • 10+ years of professional sales experience.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with experience in value-based selling.
  • Proven track record of making data-driven decisions using CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate with middle to senior management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex projects under minimum supervision.

Nice to have

  • Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification.
  • MBA degree.
