What you will do

  • Manage and develop customer accounts to sell FMC agricultural products.
  • Execute account plans and negotiate to meet sales and margin targets.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with retail and distributor accounts.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and market reports.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and supply chain teams to provide value-added service.
  • Analyze market information and competitive practices to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture or related Life Science.
  • 5-10 years of professional sales experience.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with experience in value selling.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and managing key accounts.
  • Proficiency in leveraging CRM systems for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time within the assigned territory.

Nice to have

  • Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification.
  • MBA degree.
