What you will do

• Generate new and repeat sales by providing technical product information and solutions.
• Process customer transactions including orders, quotes, and returns accurately.
• Coordinate with vendors to track shipment dates and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive revenue growth through cross-selling, up-selling, and promotional offerings.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits to improve satisfaction.
• Maintain customer files and register sales opportunities with partners.

Requirements

• Must reside in PST or MST time zones
• 4+ years of Sales Operations experience in the technology industry
• Previous experience working with a Value-Added Reseller (VAR)
• Experience managing international sales purchase orders
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to operate independently and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment
