What you will do
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing technical product information and solutions.
- Process customer transactions including orders, quotes, and returns accurately.
- Coordinate with vendors to track shipment dates and ensure timely delivery.
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling, up-selling, and promotional offerings.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits to improve satisfaction.
- Maintain customer files and register sales opportunities with partners.
Requirements
- Must reside in PST or MST time zones
- 4+ years of Sales Operations experience in the technology industry
- Previous experience working with a Value-Added Reseller (VAR)
- Experience managing international sales purchase orders
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to operate independently and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment
