What you will do

• Drive the preparation and timely completion of SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K, in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Prepare EPS and cash flow statements, specifically managing ASC 842 (Leases) and ASC 718 (Stock-based compensation).
• Perform technical accounting research and prepare memoranda on complex transactions such as equity, business combinations, and revenue recognition.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal control processes in compliance with SOX 404 requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and external auditors to validate required disclosures.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting or finance and active CPA license required.
• Minimum of 6 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years of progressive experience in public accounting (Big 4 or large regional firm).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and internal control frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and Workiva.
• Must have valid US work authorization as sponsorship is not available.
