What you will do

  • Coach Pioneer Agents on professional agronomy salesmanship and value-added negotiations during on-farm sales calls.
  • Educate and empower the agency network to deliver a best-in-class grower experience rooted in sound agronomic advice.
  • Lead local trials and implement agronomy communications plans to support grower education and sales growth.
  • Support the onboarding and agronomic development of high-quality professional sellers.
  • Leverage the Corteva portfolio, including seed, digital tools, crop protection, and biologicals, to deliver comprehensive offerings.
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns to identify and deliver mutually beneficial solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Masters degree preferred).
  • 5-7 years of agronomy sales experience, preferably in educating and empowering others.
  • Must reside within the territory (Southwest Wisconsin).
  • Ability to pass a driving record background check.
  • VISA sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Willingness to travel and work in rural environments.
