What you will do
- Drive 5-year strategic planning and ensure robust commercial execution across Africa and Middle East markets.
- Lead the commercial organization to deliver annual budgets, maximize market share, and increase profitability.
- Manage the full income statement and working capital for the assigned geographies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Coach and mentor teams to build a high-performance culture aligned with corporate values.
- Oversee financial performance indicators and sales forecasting to optimize revenue and control costs.
Requirements
- University Diploma or advanced degree, preferably in business administration or Ag business.
- 5β10 years of experience in sales leadership with a proven track record in team management.
- Deep knowledge of Africa agricultural markets and crop protection distribution channels.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with business governance and commercial policies.
- Fluency in English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience working in emerging markets.
- Proficiency in French or Arabic.
