What you will do

• Own the full sales operation across assigned regions, including resource allocation and territory planning.
• Manage and develop a multi-layered structure of Deputy Regional Managers and over 35,000 agents.
• Track and optimize regional sales KPIs, diagnosing gaps and executing corrective action plans.
• Coach and develop field teams to foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Ensure operational discipline and compliance with onboarding and quality standards.
• Develop and execute market expansion strategies to scale the customer base toward 10 million.

Requirements

• Proven track record in field sales management or commercial operations within fintech, FMCG, telecommunications, or consumer electronics.
• Demonstrable experience leading large, distributed field sales teams.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret sales data and translate insights into executable plans.
• Practiced coaching-first leadership methodology for building and scaling teams.
• Must be based in Kenya
