What you will do

• Coach sales teams in professional agronomy salesmanship and value-added negotiations through on-farm calls.
• Educate and empower dealers and growers to optimize product management and experience.
• Lead local trials and execute agronomy communication plans to drive sales growth.
• Deliver technical product presentations both virtually and in-person to DSMs and dealers.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns to identify and deliver mutually beneficial solutions.
• Manage product and agronomy aspects at the team and brand level.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Masters preferred).
• 5–7 years of agronomy sales experience, specifically in educating and empowering others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Ability to pass a driving record background check.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work in rural environments.
• VISA sponsorship is not available for this position.
