Field Sales Manager
📍 New York, NY | Full-Time | Base Salary + Uncapped Performance Bonuses

We're rapidly expanding our network of premium digital advertising screens across New York and Philadelphia and are looking for ambitious, results-driven sales professionals to grow with us.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting business owners, building relationships, and turning opportunities into signed partnerships. What You'll Do
- Identify and evaluate retail stores, restaurants, and commercial properties as potential screen locations
- Conduct cold outreach and in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers
- Visit prospective locations to assess traffic, visibility, and overall suitability
- Capture photos and videos of potential sites for internal evaluation
- Negotiate partnership terms and oversee contract execution
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to signed agreement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and business operators

In addition to your base compensation, you'll have the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions through:
- Securing new locations for our advertising network
- Bringing advertisers and advertising campaigns onto the platform
- Onboarding existing digital screens into our network
- Supporting the continued expansion of our market presence

What We're Looking For
- Fluent English (required)
- Previous experience in sales, business development, real estate, or a related field is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face sales
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
