Compensation: $95,000 – $105,000

What you will do

• Develop comprehensive project plans defining scope, objectives, and resource requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Creative, Events, Content, and Digital Marketing.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocations to ensure financial health.
• Oversee creative production timelines from initial brief through final approval.
• Serve as the divisional administrator for Asana, managing architecture and user permissions.
• Design and maintain workflow automations to streamline cross-functional handoffs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in marketing, events, or creative production.
• Advanced expertise in Asana, including template building, rules, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing international or remote teams across various time zones.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and identity verification process.

Nice to have

• Agency experience.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies in marketing contexts.
