What you will do

• Lead multiple medium to large projects from planning through successful implementation.
• Own PLC processes from conception to closure, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements; proactively manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies and drive issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Determine team structure, define roles, and coach/mentor adoption and maturity of Agile and/or Waterfall practices within PMO processes.
• Serve as primary point of contact for sponsors and stakeholders; prepare executive updates, steering committee presentations, and communicate milestones, risks, and decisions.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of project management experience leading medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision in a high-pressure environment.
• Leadership skills (ability to influence) and strong organizational/analytical/problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Project Management certification or coursework (e.g., PMP).
• Experience managing technology-related projects or working within an IT environment.
