What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day activities of customer projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, and the Service Desk.
• Develop detailed project plans and manage project change control processes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project deliverables and clear, customer-facing documentation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring high satisfaction and professionalism.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience in project management methodologies and lifecycle management.
• CAPM or PMP certification required.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and active-listening skills.
• Ability to track costs, schedule, and performance progress.

Nice to have

• Experience with HW/SW professional services projects.
• Experience working with both federal and commercial customers.
• ITIL Certification.
