Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 / year

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for new client requests on high-priority accounts, aligning priorities and timing.
- Manage integrated project plans and delegate tasks across team members using Wrike or client-preferred tools.
- Plan and monitor resource utilization, forecast workload, and proactively manage project budgets.
- Track project hours and costs, escalating budget red flags to finance and management.
- Lead ongoing process improvements to increase operational efficiency across the company.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US and able to work continental US-based hours.
- Experience managing internal cross-functional teams of 8-10+ people.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing, specifically SEO, Paid Media, Data Analytics, and UX.
- Proven ability to proactively navigate tasks and meet deadlines without explicit direction.
- Experience interfacing directly with client stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
Nice to have
- Experience experimenting with and building AI workflows into daily professional operations.
- Proficiency in Wrike.com or similar project management software.
