What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for new client requests on high-priority accounts, aligning priorities and timing.
• Manage integrated project plans and delegate tasks across team members using Wrike or client-preferred tools.
• Plan and monitor resource utilization, forecast workload, and proactively manage project budgets.
• Track project hours and costs, escalating budget red flags to finance and management.
• Lead ongoing process improvements to increase operational efficiency across the company.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and able to work continental US-based hours.
• Experience managing internal cross-functional teams of 8-10+ people.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, specifically SEO, Paid Media, Data Analytics, and UX.
• Proven ability to proactively navigate tasks and meet deadlines without explicit direction.
• Experience interfacing directly with client stakeholders at all levels of seniority.

Nice to have

• Experience experimenting with and building AI workflows into daily professional operations.
• Proficiency in Wrike.com or similar project management software.
