What you will do

• Support the implementation and monitoring of AI and automation initiatives within the Compliance function.
• Develop and maintain Compliance training modules and assist in staff training delivery.
• Administer the Compliance Management System (CMS), Learning Management System (LMS), and other governance systems.
• Help ensure regulatory obligations and risk-management standards are implemented and maintained across the business.
• Handle ad hoc compliance tasks, including complaint handling and governance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Right to work in London, United Kingdom.
• Strong interest in building a career in Compliance within the financial services industry.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in administrative tasks.

Nice to have

• Internship experience in Compliance, Risk, Legal, or Governance.
• Exposure to Compliance Management Systems (CMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), or AI/automation tools.
