What you will do

• Draft company policies and corporate governance frameworks to support business expansion.
• Provide expert advice on regulatory and commercial legal questions.
• Assist with licensing applications and regulatory filings.
• Lead document management and administrative legal tasks.
• Document legal know-how and facilitate internal knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure growth remains secure and compliant.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 4+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in a law firm or in-house environment within banking or fintech.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of legal documentation independently.
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Willingness to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
