What you will do

• Lead the development of dynamic financial models for real estate acquisitions, dispositions, developments, and portfolio optimization.
• Execute detailed lease analysis, sale-versus-buy analysis, and risk-return assessments using metrics like IRR, NOI, and Cap Rates.
• Design and maintain interactive business intelligence dashboards in platforms like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Automate data gathering and process inputs using advanced tools such as Alteryx, SQL, or Python.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative findings into high-end, executive-ready presentation materials.
• Partner cross-functionally with asset management and development teams to align real estate strategy with business objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Creve Coeur, Missouri, USA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5 to 8+ years of professional experience in corporate real estate strategy, finance, or equivalent analytical roles.
• Proven mastery of commercial real estate evaluation metrics, leasing dynamics, and capital planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Alteryx, SQL, Python, or ESRI.
• Previous experience working in a client-serving environment or on dynamic cross-functional teams.
