What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders on spending initiatives, ad hoc financial analysis, and monthly/quarterly/annual planning.
• Build and maintain financial models aligned with the product roadmap and assess R&D outcomes.
• Support annual planning, long-term planning, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis (e.g., headcount, hosting, and AI costs).
• Produce KPI reporting and root-cause trends; prepare insights for variance and key meetings.
• Run small projects that improve data-driven insights and company efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and department leaders; present insights to FP&A management and functional directors.

Requirements

• 4+ years of finance experience, ideally 2+ years of FP&A experience in a SaaS company.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, economics, business, or a related field.
• Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Planning) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for manipulating large datasets.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex financial concepts to leaders.
• Significant overlap with Eastern and Pacific time zones.
