Location: Hybrid in San Francisco and New York

Salary: $270,000–$350,000 OTE plus equity

hirify.global AI builds an AI operating system for home service businesses, integrating AI agents to automate workflows for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors.

What you will do

• Build and own hirify.global's relationships with GPs, operating partners, and value creation teams in private equity focused on home services
• Work directly with the CEO on high-stakes PE relationships, managing preparation, narratives, and follow-ups
• Create and maintain materials such as EBITDA frameworks, ROI models, and transformation stories for PE firms
• Lead the events strategy, selecting and executing conferences, summits, and gatherings to engage key stakeholders

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York
• 8+ years in private equity value creation, operating partner roles, or senior partnerships with deep PE firm exposure
• Established network within PE firms investing in home services or multi-site operators
• Ability to translate operational data into compelling EBITDA stories for CFOs and PE partners
• Strong executive presence and judgment in prioritizing relationships and markets
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, founder-led startup environment with minimal process
• Willingness to travel as needed
