What you will do

• Build revenue pipeline into enterprise target accounts using a disciplined multi-channel outreach strategy.
• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to align on strategy and set up high-quality product demonstrations.
• Engage key decision-makers to create awareness and spark interest in hirify.global’s product suite.
• Analyze assigned segments to uncover unique business challenges and tailor effective solutions.
• Ensure all prospecting activities are documented in Salesforce and meet daily KPIs.
• Stay agile in an evolving sales environment, utilizing AI to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a BDR/SDR role, ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales.
• Proven track record of engaging senior decision-makers in complex, consultative sales cycles.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence sophisticated buyers.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools.
• Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity regarding law, technology, and AI.
• Must be based in the UK (Manchester or London) to support the hybrid work model.
