Salary: £200K – £240K OTE + Equity

What you will do

  • Lead the full enterprise sales cycle for Carriers, MGAs, Lloyds Coverholders, and Brokers from opportunity to close.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Analyze client pain points to develop tailored solutions leveraging the FurtherAI platform.
  • Partner with founders and cross-functional teams to improve sales strategy, pitching, and GTM approach.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients through discovery, demos, negotiations, and account management.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a top performer carrying quota in B2B enterprise or mid-market environments.
  • Experience closing complex enterprise deals, specifically within SaaS or related tech sectors.
  • Essential experience working in early-stage, high-growth startups.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in London.
  • High degree of drive, grit, and the ability to thrive in high-ownership, high-urgency environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into insurance or other regulated industries.
  • Background in insurtech or fintech.
  • Familiarity with founder-led sales environments (e.g., YC, a16z).
