TL;DR

Vice President of Asana Services Management & Incubation GTM (SaaS): Owning Product Management and GTM strategy for the Asana Service Management product with an accent on scaling a 0→1 product and managing the incubation Sales Engineering team. Focus on bridging the gap between sales, technical execution, and product development to drive revenue and product-market fit.

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (office-centric hybrid schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in office).

Salary: $399,000 - $470,000 (base)

What you will do

  • Architect and execute the global commercial and GTM strategy for Asana Service Management.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor and technical seller on strategic enterprise deals.
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer feedback and market gaps.
  • Align Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams for growth strategy execution.
  • Define and optimize KPIs for SE/FDE teams and incubation sales velocity.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Senior Director or VP-level leadership within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record in technical GTM, Product Management, or Solutions Engineering (ITSM/ESM preferred).
  • Experience managing technical field resources such as SEs, FDEs, or Solutions Architects.
  • Ability to manage a business unit's P&L and design scalable GTM frameworks.
  • Strong technical background in enterprise integrations, APIs, and SaaS architecture.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the San Francisco office.

Nice to have

  • Formal Product Management (PM) experience.
  • Curiosity and experience leveraging AI tools for productivity and decision-making.
