Principal Product Manager (AI)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Base pay range: $243,000–$328,500 per year, with potential bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and lead the vision for an AI-led support experience across Accountant, Mid-Market, SMB, and Payroll segments.
• Identify opportunities to deploy hirify.global Assist and other AI capabilities across the expert journey, including routing, knowledge management, and case management.
• Translate opportunities into product strategies, roadmaps, priorities, and measurable KPIs.
• Write product requirements and collaborate with data scientists, designers, engineers, program managers, and senior leadership to deliver new experiences.
• Iterate after release to improve expert adoption, service quality, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
• Establish hirify.globalive, transparent, and trustworthy AI-powered experiences while evaluating where AI creates value or risk.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including implementation of AI solutions.
• Experience identifying customer opportunities and converting them into product visions, strategies, roadmaps, and priorities.
• Strong data-backed prioritization, structured problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Technical depth in SaaS software development, including the ability to engage with architecture and design discussions.
• Experience integrating AI tools into product management workflows and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Undergraduate degree required; computer science is preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered, and an MBA is a plus.
