TL;DR

Recruiting Coordinator (Healthcare): Managing the operational side of a high-volume clinical hiring program with an accent on scheduling, compliance administration, and candidate experience. Focus on coordinating interviews, executing offer letters, and managing pre-employment screenings.

Location: Remote (USA), but required to attend on-site meetings multiple times per year

What you will do

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage multiple active requisitions within the ATS to ensure process speed and accuracy.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate, error-free offer letters in coordination with the recruiting team.
  • Initiate and track background checks and drug screenings for all incoming hires via Checkr.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a warm and professional brand experience.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Rippling preferred, Greenhouse accepted).
  • Experience with pre-employment compliance and background check processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
