TL;DR

Senior People Partner (SaaS): Acting as a strategic partner for EMEA Sales and Customer Success teams with an accent on organizational design, performance management, and scaling high-performing teams. Focus on leveraging AI to improve People Success workflows and navigating the complexities of commercial team dynamics across the UK, Switzerland, and Europe.

Location: Hybrid role, must be able to work from the London office once per week.

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to EMEA Sales and Customer Success leadership.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle including performance management, development, and organizational design.
  • Navigate commercial team dynamics such as quota-related conversations and performance improvement plans.
  • Analyze people data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the People team to design and scale impactful people programs.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven improvements to team workflows and processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a People Partner role, ideally within high-growth SaaS or tech environments.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience supporting commercial teams and navigating cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid format with weekly attendance at the London office.
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders across multiple regions including the UK and Switzerland.
  • Self-directed mindset with the ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
