What you will do

• Lead the technical vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for the company's hardware product portfolio.
• Manage the full hardware development lifecycle from concept and prototyping to manufacturing and operational deployment.
• Collaborate with military operators and defense leaders to translate operational challenges into deployable technical solutions.
• Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing multidisciplinary team of hardware engineers.
• Drive technical decision-making across electrical, mechanical, firmware, and systems integration domains.
• Partner with software and platform leadership to deliver integrated hardware-software systems.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading complex hardware systems for defense, national security, or military customers.
• Proven success building and scaling zero-to-one hardware products through deployment and sustainment.
• Experience developing hardware that meets MIL-STD requirements for ruggedness and electromagnetic emission.
• Strong technical foundation across electrical, mechanical, and embedded disciplines.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
