What you will do

• Assemble, integrate, and test mechanical and electrical system components per engineering drawings.
• Fabricate, repair, and troubleshoot electrical modules, components, and wire harnesses.
• Operate shop machinery including manual mills, lathes, and electronic test equipment like oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Maintain detailed records of troubleshooting and repair procedures and generate delivery-quality documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers to achieve project objectives in both laboratory and field environments.

Requirements

• US Citizenship with an active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain SCI with polygraph.
• 20+ years of electronics technician experience, including at least 3 years in military weapon disassembly, integration, and repair.
• Proficiency in soldering, crimping, splicing, cable fabrication, PCB population, and PCB rework.
• Ability to operate manual mill and lathe.
• Physical ability to lift 35 pounds and stand/sit for long periods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Ammunition and explosive handling certification.
• Experience welding to fabricate custom mechanical solutions.
• Formal Cable assembly training with certification.
• Certifications for forklift, crane, or scissor lift operation.
