What you will do

• Support the hirify.global Defense and Advanced Programs organization in incubating and marketing advanced programs.
• Capture and execute technical, cost, and schedule goals across the defense portfolio.
• Analyze survivability technologies including RCS, IR, and Acoustics.
• Collaborate effectively across engineering, manufacturing, and business disciplines.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in aerospace or a related field.
• BS in engineering, computer science, physics, or math.
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a DoD security clearance.
• Foundational understanding of survivability technologies (RCS, IR, Acoustics), ASE, and mission systems.
• Basic knowledge of RF, EW/EA, EOIR, sensors, communications, and propulsion systems.

Nice to have

• MS degree or current enrollment in further education.
• Familiarity with modeling and simulation environments such as AFSIM.
• Proficiency in CAD, Python, or MATLAB.
• Exposure to Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), SysML, or DoDAF.
• Prior internship or project experience with defense or government customers.
