What you will do

• Assemble stators and electric engine subassemblies using manual, semi-automated, and automated equipment.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Design Engineering for equipment bring-up, process development, and tooling builds.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections using metrology tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Document build issues, process deviations, and manufacturing parameters in real time.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment and maintain a 5S safe work environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production of mechanical and/or electronic components.
• Ability to follow formal work instructions and document data accurately using Excel.
• Proficiency in using measurement and inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols (LOTO, arc flash, ESD) and 5S organization.
• Must have valid US work authorization; hirify.global is unable to provide work visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• IPC certification or working knowledge of IPC standards.
• Direct experience with stator winding and insulation processes.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
