Salary: $123,920–$185,880

What you will do

  • Lead the activation and scaling of the enterprise skills framework, including taxonomy, definitions, and proficiency levels.
  • Partner with HR COEs and business units to integrate skills into job architecture, career pathing, and talent mobility.
  • Provide strategic oversight of learning technology platforms (LMS/LXP) to ensure they support the skills ecosystem.
  • Lead the learning operations team, managing program logistics, budget planning, and performance measurement.
  • Utilize skills data to identify gaps, prioritize learning investments, and inform workforce planning.
  • Facilitate enterprise learning and skills communities of practice to accelerate adoption across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or Business (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in learning, talent, workforce strategy, or organizational development.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience, including managing senior professionals.
  • Proven experience in learning technology and operations within a complex organization.
  • Ability to translate high-level strategy into practical, scalable execution.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with skills intelligence platforms or taxonomies.
  • Prior HR Business Partner experience with strong L&D and Talent Management knowledge.
  • Exposure to career architecture, workforce planning, or talent marketplace models.
  • Experience operating at enterprise scale within a matrixed organization.
