Supplier Lead (Aerospace)

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 annually.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with assigned suppliers to meet operational requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage purchase orders to ensure accurate and verified delivery information.
• Lead problem-solving activities to resolve issues affecting supply chain performance.
• Support supplier selection, development, and new product introduction (NPI) processes.
• Conduct regular business travel (10%) to visit suppliers within the designated region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or business.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or engineering, preferably in aerospace.
• Ability to understand and influence across multiple functions, cultures, and time zones.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of contractual requirements.
• Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business or engineering.
• Certification in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Program Management.
• Technical or engineering background.
• Experience with project or program management.
