What you will do

• Own the cost planning process for the West region structure, including Brazil, Mexico, and LASW.
• Manage actual cost tracking and analysis to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial reports.
• Develop and maintain cost forecasts while identifying potential risks and opportunities.
• Lead the annual cost planning process for the fiscal year to align with business objectives.
• Monitor organizational over/under performance and provide corrective actions.
• Define shared pool allocation rates and oversee country-level expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong professional experience in FP&A, cost controlling, or similar finance roles.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• English: Fluent (C1) proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in El Salto, Mexico.

• Experience working with multi-country or regional financial operations.
• Proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish.
