What you will do

• Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Support monthly close processes and perform variance analysis between actuals and budget/forecast.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with business units to gather inputs and provide actionable financial insights.
• Automate financial processes and reporting tools to improve data accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional FP&A experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial modeling.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and key performance metrics.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Must be based in Tempe, AZ.

• Experience with NetSuite.
