What you will do

• Develop and coordinate quality program plans for powertrain components across multiple functional groups.
• Oversee design validation, supplier deliverables, and manufacturing processes to ensure aircraft safety and reliability.
• Serve as the primary single-point contact for all quality activities within the Electric Propulsion Unit (EPU) program.
• Track tactical and strategic quality priorities and risks across design, manufacturing, and flight testing.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to assess performance and drive continuous improvement throughout the program.
• Manage the total quality plan for key parts and drive the closure of all EPU RCCA activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in program management within a manufacturing environment in aerospace or other highly regulated industries.
• Expertise in assessing dimensional requirements via GD&T ASME Y14.5.
• Proficiency with SAP and developing real-time dashboards using Sigma or similar programs.
• Must have valid US work authorization; the company is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
