What you will do

• Perform thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify conformance.
• Utilize precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and gauging fixtures.
• Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Inspection Arm/Scanner to inspect complex parts.
• Document inspection results and maintain detailed records, reports, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with the QA team to identify improvements and perform root cause analysis for non-conformities.
• Ensure strict compliance with ISO9001/2015 and AS9100D standards to maintain the quality management system.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
• High School/GED and minimum of 3 years of quality inspection experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of ISO9001/2015 and AS9100D standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in computer software for data entry, analysis, and report generation.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Inspection Arm/Scanner.
