Salary: $117,500 - $161,600

What you will do
- Author and maintain QMS procedures ensuring compliance with AS9100 and FAA 14 CFR § 21.137 across all sites.
- Act as the primary quality liaison with the FAA during Production Certification and airworthiness activities.
- Govern a unified QMS framework including standardized audit programs and cross-site corrective action processes.
- Lead internal and external audits with AS9100 certification bodies and FAA surveillance.
- Own the Corrective Action Board (CAB) and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) process for systemic resolution of nonconformances.
- Define and report quality KPIs to senior leadership via real-time dashboards and Monthly Operations Reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial).
- 7+ years of experience leading quality teams within aerospace or other regulated industries.
- In-depth understanding of AS9100, AS9102, AS9103, and AS9145.
- Experience hiring and managing both salaried and hourly employees.
- Direct experience establishing CABs and supporting MOR quality reviews with senior leadership.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- AS9100 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Black/Green Belt, or ASQ CQM/CQA certification.
- Experience with flight line testing and FAA Production Certification processes.
- Experience establishing real-time organizational dashboards.
- Background in airworthiness assignment and customer aircraft acceptance.
