What you will do

• Establish and lead the company-wide Program Management Office (PMO), including governance, processes, and operating mechanisms.
• Oversee planning and execution of complex programs across hardware, software, systems integration, operations, and manufacturing engineering.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing organization of program, project, and technical program managers.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules to identify critical path items, resource needs, and major program risks.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Commercial, and Finance teams to determine production planning and go-to-market strategy.
• Provide structured executive-level reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in program and project management within a complex technical environment.
• Experience managing enterprise-level programs involving hardware, software, systems integration, and manufacturing engineering.
• Must have valid US work authorization; no visa sponsorship is provided.
