Salary: $192,378 - $269,328

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for execution and management of program deliverables and customer statements of work.
• Manage contractual data requirements, scope definition, budget baselining, and customer relationship management.
• Prioritize tasking across multiple organizations and oversee financial performance of program accounts.
• Implement business rhythm, including staff meetings, operating reviews, and corporate reporting.
• Lead Planning & Control, Finance, and Procurement teams to establish program baselines and recovery plans.
• Partner with Legal, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Technology to ensure smooth operations and process reconciliation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in program management within the aerospace industry.
• Experience working on Aerospace Development Programs and/or Space Systems.
• Strong understanding of DFARs based contracts.
• U.S. citizenship, national, or permanent resident (Green Card holder) status required.
• Ability to lead civil and commercial programs from concept through delivery.
