Salary: $145,188 - $203,263

What you will do
- Coordinate the design, development, testing, and deployment of features into production across multiple technical teams.
- Create and track project milestones, risks, and dependencies while prioritizing technical requirements.
- Define program vision, tenets, and goals, utilizing data analysis to drive quantified improvements.
- Develop implementation plans across teams and manage system dependencies.
- Write effective narratives regarding program decisions, technical trade-offs, and status updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams in product/program management or engineering roles.
- 5+ years of technical program management specifically working with software engineering teams.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of project management experience covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
- Experience defining KPIs and SLAs to drive multi-million-dollar businesses.
- Proficiency with Confluence and JIRA.
- Proven track record of delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives.
