Salary: $152,100 - $190,100 base pay

What you will do
- Lead the design, development, and launch of advanced manufacturing lines for Battery Pack and Module production.
- Scale production processes from prototype builds through high-volume series manufacturing.
- Own manufacturing stations, including process development, controls, operator training, and driving Design for Manufacturability (DFM) improvements.
- Develop manufacturing workflows, tooling, and ergonomic solutions using Lean and 5S methodologies.
- Drive process capability and quality performance through PFMEA, statistical process control, and KPI tracking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Design, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with 2+ years directly supporting EV battery module or pack manufacturing.
- Deep expertise in adhesive dispensing, cell testing, potting, pick-and-place automation, and high-voltage electrical testing.
- Strong foundation in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (DMAIC), APQP, PFMEA, and GD&T.
- Proficiency with CAD, PLM, MES, ERP systems, and data tools like SQL or Python.
- Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship is available.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting aerospace or other highly regulated advanced manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with FAA regulations (FAR Part 23, Part 21, or Production Certificate requirements).
- Experience with automation-intensive manufacturing lines or advanced production ramp activities.
