Compensation: $101,500 - $126,900

What you will do

• Execute process planning for current and new products.
• Improve production flow and facility layouts using Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Develop processes, methods, tooling, and fixtures using SolidWorks.
• Review design changes and ensure proper integration into manufacturing processes.
• Resolve technical issues on the production floor using engineering specifications and design models.
• Support Failure Analysis, MRB repairs, and special manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience developing manufacturing processes and tooling for electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual.
• Ability to obtain a Security Clearance if required.

Nice to have

• Experience in an aerospace or defense manufacturing environment.
• Formal training in Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, or equivalent quality management systems.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Experience in new product development or prototype development.
