What you will do

• Create and maintain bills of manufacture (engineering masters) within the Visual ERP system.
• Develop programs and provide technical support for CNC machines in the Machine and Box Shops.
• Design tools and fixtures, coordinating with Logistics for in-house or external production.
• Troubleshoot shop floor issues in collaboration with Manufacturing, Logistics, QA, and Engineering teams.
• Review Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and resolve non-conformance issues on controls products.
• Identify and recommend new production equipment to improve costs and meet safety standards.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related Technology.
• Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks preferred) and ERP systems for BOM/routings.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience with sheet metal processing.
• Knowledge of ISO and lean manufacturing principles (Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, 5S).
