What you will do

• Lead talent strategy, recruiting, onboarding, and developing top-tier engineers and managers.
• Scale a high-performing engineering organization by setting goals, establishing career paths, and running performance processes.
• Drive cross-functional execution with stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations.
• Provide strategic leadership for mission-critical platforms, aligning technical direction and capacity planning with business goals.
• Manage, coach, and grow a team of engineers through regular feedback and professional development plans.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing high-performing teams.
• Proven track record of building API- and integration-heavy systems in production environments.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and align engineering efforts with business objectives and success metrics.
• Excellent skills in translating technical concepts for executive leadership and legal/risk stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience partnering with Growth and Marketing teams to solve GTM operations.
• Ability to leverage AI for user acquisition, churn prediction, or personalized customer journeys.
• Track record of building new products or teams from scratch and scaling them.
