What you will do

• Lead 1-2 cross-functional engineering teams, removing blockers and setting strategic direction.
• Drive the technical strategy for Core Banking to ensure systems remain reliable and scalable.
• Collaborate with Product and business teams to align technical priorities with customer needs.
• Own end-to-end engineering quality, from development practices to deployment.
• Embed AI tools and practices into the team's workflow to move beyond ad-hoc experimentation.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience leading engineering teams and enabling technical leads.
• Solid infrastructure expertise with experience in scaling and architectural trade-offs.
• Knowledge of hosting cost optimization and infrastructure spend management.
• Working understanding of how data and AI intersect within a modern engineering organization.
• Ability to provide strategic clarity and direction in a shifting landscape.
