• Define and execute the card payments strategy for the APAC and EMEA regions.
• Mentor and develop engineers to help them advance their professional careers.
• Drive technical productivity, reliability, and simplicity across the engineering team.
• Manage operational processes and coordinate effectively with other hirify.global teams.
• Contribute to broad engineering initiatives as part of the management team.
• Lead the recruitment and hiring of top-tier engineering talent.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of Engineering Management experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering roles.
• Proven track record of defining and driving complex technical initiatives.
• Experience building and managing diverse, high-performing teams.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with payments-related products.
• Experience working in global and cross-regional environments.
• Proficiency using AI tools to improve team execution and quality.
