What you will do

• Lead pre-sales discovery and develop technical strategies for strategic enterprise clients.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable architectural designs and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Manage the end-to-end integration journey for high-impact accounts, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Drive executive relationships and act as a trusted technical partner throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to inform the roadmap based on customer insights and product gaps.
• Support technical onboarding and troubleshoot complex API interactions to ensure seamless integration outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in customer-facing engineering roles such as Solution Consultant, Solutions Architect, or Sales Engineer for global software or payments companies.
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., PHP, Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Java).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs into web applications.
• Strong executive engagement skills and the ability to build credibility with key decision-makers.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
