What you will do

• Lead annual operating plans, long-range planning, and quarterly reforecasts.
• Partner with executive leadership on headcount strategy, resource allocation, and investment decisions.
• Own the integrated three-statement and driver-based operating model.
• Build financial frameworks for token economics, ecosystem incentives, and digital asset flows.
• Prepare board materials, investor updates, and executive operating reviews.
• Build the strategic finance function, including hiring talent and implementing planning tech stacks.

Requirements

• 4-8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Meaningful in-house experience at a high-growth tech, fintech, or crypto company.
• Demonstrated experience owning company-wide planning cycles and partnering with C-suite stakeholders.
• Expertise in financial modeling and experience with ERP systems like NetSuite.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Must be based in Vancouver, BC or New York City.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, or CPA certification.
• Fluency in SQL or BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Hex.
• Exposure to token models, on-chain data, or digital asset accounting.
