What you will do

• Lead Enterprise Risk Assessment and Management, including risk identification and prioritization.
• Develop and execute risk-based audit plans across finance, operations, supply chain, and IT.
• Draft executive-quality audit reports and present findings to the Audit Committee and senior leadership.
• Support the SOX program lead with control testing, documentation, and coordination with external auditors.
• Manage third-party audit and co-source providers, overseeing scope and quality of deliverables.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance audit planning and analysis.

Requirements

• 9+ years of progressive internal audit experience in Big 4 public accounting or industry.
• 3-5 years of supervisory responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory valuation, and cost accounting.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
