Salary: $86,380 - $129,570

What you will do

• Lead all phases of internal audits including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Participate in the SOX Program and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Analyze data to identify process insights, risks, and support audit conclusions.
• Assess organizational risks and participate in the Enterprise Risk Management process.
• Communicate audit results and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide associate team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Eagle, ID.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology.
• 3+ years of professional internal or external audit experience.
• Proficient knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, COSO 2013, PCAOB, and IIA standards.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s of Business Administration (MBA).
• CPA or CIA certification (or progress towards them).
