What you will do

• Plan and execute audits across business units, focusing on SOX 404 compliance testing.
• Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls to identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with external auditors to support planning and address identified risk areas.
• Document audit findings, control deficiencies, and recommendations for management.
• Prepare workpapers, process narratives, and flowcharts to support audit conclusions.
• Support special projects including financial analyses and system implementations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of audit-related experience with a strong emphasis on SOX compliance.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and the COSO framework.
• Experience evaluating financial or IT controls in a corporate or public accounting environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally on a limited basis.

Nice to have

• CIA and/or CPA certification.
• Big 4 or mid-tier public accounting firm experience.
• Experience auditing in an Oracle environment.
• Experience supporting operational, IT, or compliance audits beyond SOX.
