What you will do

• Partner with the CFO and executive leadership to align financial objectives with corporate strategy.
• Lead the annual operating plan, long-range financial plan, and rolling forecast processes across the enterprise.
• Deliver data-driven insights, scenario modeling, and decision support for strategic initiatives and capital investments.
• Synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Corporate FP&A team within a collaborative culture.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and advance automation and dashboard reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in Corporate FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Investment Banking.
• 8+ years of experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders in complex organizations.
• Foundational experience within Hardware, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Aviation, Automotive, or Industrial industries is required.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience in high-growth, multinational, and highly matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with ERP and planning platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, or Adaptive Planning.
• Experience supporting M&A financial modeling, due diligence, and integration planning.
