Salary: $244,600 - $294,000

What you will do
- Partner with the CFO and executive leadership to align financial objectives with corporate strategy.
- Lead the annual operating plan, long-range financial plan, and rolling forecast processes across the enterprise.
- Deliver data-driven insights, scenario modeling, and decision support for strategic initiatives and capital investments.
- Synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Corporate FP&A team within a collaborative culture.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and advance automation and dashboard reporting capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Corporate FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Investment Banking.
- 8+ years of experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders in complex organizations.
- Foundational experience within Hardware, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Aviation, Automotive, or Industrial industries is required.
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience in high-growth, multinational, and highly matrixed organizations.
- Familiarity with ERP and planning platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, or Adaptive Planning.
- Experience supporting M&A financial modeling, due diligence, and integration planning.
